RaceRevolution Shipping Policy


At RaceRevolution, we aim to deliver your order of official Formula 1 merchandise as quickly and efficiently as possible. This shipping policy provides information on our shipping methods, shipping costs, delivery times, and other important aspects of our shipping service.


1. Shipping Methods


We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

We ship with PostNL and DHL

1.1 Standard Shipping


Suitable for orders within the Netherlands and Europe.

Estimated delivery time: 1-4 business days within the Netherlands, 5-10 business days within Europe.


1.2 International Shipping


Suitable for orders outside Europe.

Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.


2. Shipping Costs


Shipping costs depend on the chosen shipping method and the destination of your order:


2.1 Within the Netherlands


Standard Shipping: €4.95 (free shipping for orders over €70)


2.2 Within Europe


Standard Shipping: €9.95


2.3 Outside Europe


International Shipping: €19.95 + Additional Customs Duties


3. Processing Time


Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.


4. Delivery Information


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your delivery status. Please note that it may take a few hours for tracking information to become available.

Customs Fees and Import Duties

For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (EU) or to countries with local import regulations, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may be imposed by local customs authorities. These costs are not included in the total price displayed during checkout. Any customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend that customers contact their local customs office for more information before placing an order.

5. Delayed Deliveries


While we do our utmost to deliver your order on time, circumstances beyond our control (such as adverse weather, customs delays, or transport strikes) may cause delays. We will keep you informed as best as possible in such cases.


6. Lost or Damaged Orders


If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service at info@racerevolutionshop.com. In the case of damaged goods, please include photos of the damage and packaging. We will ensure that your issue is resolved promptly.


7. Changes and Cancellations


If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only process your request if your order has not yet been shipped.
